Know before you go
The Philippines, located in the Pacific Ocean near the equator, is a breathtaking archipelago comprising approximately 7,640 islands, with about 2,000 of them inhabited. This diverse country can be divided into three main regions:

Luzon - The largest and northernmost island, home to Manila, the bustling capital city.
Visayas - A central group of islands, including major destinations such as Panay, Negros, Cebu, Bohol, Leyte, Samar, and Masbate.
Mindanao - The second-largest island, located at the southern end of the archipelago.

The Philippines offers a mix of vibrant cities, stunning beaches, and majestic mountains, making it a haven for adventurous travelers. From exploring cultural heritage in historic towns to soaking in the beauty of its world-class beaches, this tropical destination has something for everyone, and stunning resorts.
About the Place
Siargao
If surfing is more your style, Siargao, a lesser-known destination near the island of Mindanao, is famous for its quality waves, cool island culture, beautiful reefs, crystal-clear waters, and stunning resorts.
Soul Tribe venue
Founded by two ocean lovers, is a luxurious eco-conscious retreat nestled away on a sleepy palm trees soaked beach on the Philippine island of Siargao. Pack your flip flops and throw caution to the wind, paradise is waiting.

Upon arriving, you will be greeted with smiles and plenty
of opportunities to connect with your fellow world travelers. Whether it’s sharing stories of adventure under the twinkly lights of our communal dinner table or feeling the collective energy of the class during one of our yoga classes, you will feel a part of our family.

Mother Nature was the lead designer of our retreat and she also provides some of the best waves in the world just a short distance from our retreat. It only seems right we treat her with respect.
This is why we try your very hardest to minimise our use of plastics and every decision we make keeps her in mind.

We invite you to join us and embrace this ideal!
All levels are welcome
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga literally means eight limbs and is defined by the sacred yogic text, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as Yama (moral codes), Niyama (self-purification and study), Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense control), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (total peace).

While containing six series of postures, most practitioners spend their entire lives working on the first or Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga because its level of strength and flexibility is already quite challenging. Yet the Primary Series is a complete practice that can help you heal your body and mind. This is a physical practice linked to the spiritual development.

My sore-style Ashtanga yoga engages students in a self-paced, individualized practice in a group setting. This class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher.
